If you’re shopping for cannabis in Stouffville or the Markham area, you generally have two options: browse and order online ahead of time, or walk into the store and shop in person. Both are straightforward, and which one makes sense often just comes down to how much time you have and whether you already know what you’re looking for.
Ordering ahead online
Ordering ahead means browsing our online menu, selecting the products you’re interested in, and submitting your order before you arrive, or having it delivered to you. This is a good fit if you already know the format or brand you want, you’re picking up on a tight schedule, or you’d simply rather not wait while your order is prepared. Once your order is submitted, our team gets it ready, and you’ll be notified when it’s available for pickup, or it will be brought to you if you’ve chosen delivery to an eligible address in the Stouffville or Markham area.
Walking in
Walking in works well if you’re still exploring your options, want to ask our staff questions about different product categories, or simply prefer to see what’s currently in stock in person. Our in-store team can walk you through the categories available, including flower, pre-rolls, edibles, vapes, concentrates, and accessories, and answer general questions about format and how to read a product label, within the bounds of what retailers are permitted to discuss under Ontario’s cannabis retail rules.
Which should you choose?
Neither approach is better across the board; they simply suit different situations. If you’re coming from Markham and want to minimize time spent in the store, ordering ahead online and selecting pickup is usually the faster route. If you’re nearby in Stouffville and have time to browse, walking in lets you see the full shelf and ask questions directly. Many of our regular customers use both, depending on the day.
